Before Booking: Please have all branding materials, banner dimensions, promotional wording, high-quality images, and design inspiration prepared before purchasing this service. All information must be accurate and finalized before the design process begins. All information will be submitted through the design form you will receive within 24 hours after your purchase.

Service Includes:

  • Professional, full length vertical banner layout

  • High resolution, print ready design files (PDF, PNG & JPEG)

  • Digital mockup presentation of your finalized retractable banner design

PLEASE NOTE: This service includes DESIGN ONLY. Physical printing, production, shipping, retractable banner stands, and display hardware are not included. Clients are responsible for arranging production through their preferred printing company or manufacturer.

Each retractable banner design includes one custom design concept in one selected size. Additional sizing variations, alternate design concepts, or promotional versions may require an additional fee.

Revisions: You're provided with 3 edits. After 3 edits have been reached, there is an additional $30 charge per each additional edit request. Once the finalized design files have been delivered, any further modifications will be subject to a $40 editing fee. Turnaround time for edit requests are 3 business days.

MUST HAVE:

  • Exact retractable banner dimensions (width and height)

  • All promotional wording, business information, slogans, and messaging you would like featured

  • High quality professional photos, product images, or promotional visuals

  • Design inspiration or references, if you have a particular creative direction in mind

IMPORTANT: All required information must be submitted before your project enters production. Your turnaround time does not begin at the time of purchase. Your project officially enters production once all required design information, branding materials, banner dimensions, and supporting content have been received.

PRINTING SPECIFICATIONS: Clients are responsible for providing accurate retractable banner dimensions and any required printing specifications from their selected printing company. This includes bleed requirements, safe margins, and any additional space needed for the retractable banner stand mechanism.

Destined Design Agency is not responsible for printing, sizing, trimming, alignment, or production errors resulting from incorrect information or specifications provided by the client or manufacturer.

All services must be paid in full upfront before work begins. A receipt will be provided upon payment. All payments are non-refundable under any circumstances, including buyer’s remorse or change of mind.

All services are non refundable once payment is made. Cancellation is allowed; however, no payment will be refunded. If partial work has been completed, all payments are retained. Ownership of unfinished work remains with Destined Design Agency. Choosing not to proceed, switching providers, or dissatisfaction after purchase does not qualify for a refund. Clients are responsible for selecting the correct service and turnaround time before booking. No price adjustments or refunds will be issued for changes made after purchase. If a client initiates a chargeback or payment dispute after work has begun, this contract becomes void and Destined Design Agency is no longer obligated to complete services.

All concepts, drafts, creative direction, and original deliverables provided by the Designer ( Destined Deign Agency ) are protected artistic works. The Client shall not submit any portion of the Destined Deign Agency's work into AI-based platforms or software for modification, recreation, generation, or reinterpretation without prior written authorization. Furthermore, the Client agrees not to provide AI-generated verbiage or concepts in replacement of the Designer’s professional creative services in a manner that undermines or devalues the original work contracted. Unauthorized AI manipulation of deliverables constitutes misuse of intellectual property and breach of contract. Any unauthorized AI modification or misuse of the Destined Deign Agency's work may result in immediate termination of services without refund and revocation of usage rights until the matter is resolved.
