CLIENT MUST PURCHASE THEIR OWN DOMAIN & MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION. We can assist you with how to claim your domain.
Revisions : Your provided with 5 edits per each page. After 5 edits have been reach, there is an additional $30 charge per each additional edit request. After the site has officially been released into your possession, any requested edits will be a fee of $40 for additional edits.
Tunaround time for edit requests - 3 business days
MUST HAVE : please have possession of your transparent .PNG file of your brand logo, please have all of your wording typed up on a document to provide, all product information ( name, price, description, quantity & etc. ) Please provide the navigation set up you desire to have for the website ( Home, Shop, Policies, About & Etc. ) with also dropdown information.
Please email all professional high quality images from your photoshoot to destineddesignagency@gmail.com with the subject title as ( your business name - professional photos ). If you do not have any professional photos and desire for Destined Design Agency to curate high quality professional photos, please add it on while booking your service.
Payment Policy
xAll services must be paid in full upfront before work begins. A receipt will be provided upon payment.
All payments are non-refundable under any circumstances, including buyer’s remorse or change of mind.
Refunds & Cancellations
xAll services are non refundable once payment is made.
Cancellation is allowed; however, no payment will be refunded.
If partial work has been completed, all payments are retained.
Ownership of unfinished work remains with Destined Design Agency.
Choosing not to proceed, switching providers, or dissatisfaction after purchase does not qualify for a refund.
Clients are responsible for selecting the correct service and turnaround time before booking. No price adjustments or refunds will be issued for changes made after purchase.
If a client initiates a chargeback or payment dispute after work has begun, this contract becomes void and Destined Design Agency is no longer obligated to complete services.
AI Usage & Creative Integrity
xAll concepts, drafts, creative direction, and original deliverables provided by the Designer ( Destined Deign Agency ) are protected artistic works. The Client shall not submit any portion of the Destined Deign Agency's work into AI-based platforms or software for modification, recreation, generation, or reinterpretation without prior written authorization. Furthermore, the Client agrees not to provide AI-generated verbiage or concepts in replacement of the Designer’s professional creative services in a manner that undermines or devalues the original work contracted. Unauthorized AI manipulation of deliverables constitutes misuse of intellectual property and breach of contract. Any unauthorized AI modification or misuse of the Destined Deign Agency's work may result in immediate termination of services without refund and revocation of usage rights until the matter is resolved.
